OUR RESPONSE:
Every application is considered promptly. You will receive an automated email that verifies we have received your application. We will let you know if your application is accepted or not. We will also let you know if you are placed on our wait-list.
FEES:
Fees for single booths are $200.00 and include:
- (1) 6 ft. OR 8 ft. skirted table
- Listing on LOFW website, social media, & auction site
- Assistance with unloading/loading
- Saturday hotel parking (1 vehicle)
Once you receive notification that your application has been accepted, please promptly submit payment using the options listed below. Once payment is received, your name and website information will be added to the Festival website.
PAYMENT SUBMISSION:
Application and Payment Deadline: All vendors must be reserved no later than February 15, 2025. Receipt of payment confirms your reservation. Payment may be submitted electronically or mailed:
Payment must be recieved within 15 days of acceptance. If payment is not received within 15 days, your application will become void.

AUCTION ITEM DONATION:
Each exhibitor is asked to donate an item ($50 or more value) to our silent auction. All funds raised from the silent auction benefit local children’s charities.
2025 LOFW FESTIVAL DATE:
The Market Place date is Saturday, March 15, 2025, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Set-up begins on Saturday at 8:00 A.M.
SITE:
The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee in Greensboro, GA. Exhibition space is located in and around the hotel buildings. Outside spaces are located on natural ground, which may not be level.
PARKING:
Exhibitor and customer parking is adjacent to the festival grounds. Exhibitor parking for one vehicle is complimentary.
